At Charleston Home Inspection, we’re committed to providing exceptional residential property inspection services.
As a real estate agent, Charleston Home Inspections (formerly Step by Step Inspections) is my go to recommendation for home inspectors. They are thoroughly, communicative, and have great customer service. My clients are always pleased, and I’ve used them for my personal home inspection needs as well. Can’t recommend them enough!
Building a house out of state is a very nerve wracking process but knowing Charleston Home Inspector were there to make sure the quality was up to expectations definitely helps calm nerves. DV’s report details were direct to the point and awesome.
I was blown away by the level of detail the report I was sent contains. It was simple to read, easy to understand, but very comprehensive. My inspector (Jared) did a fantastic job of communicating with me before and after the inspection. I highly recommend this company for home inspections.
We had David come out to do the inspection and he was super knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He pointed us in the right direction when it came to issues and we scheduled a few more in depth inspections based on his findings. It is eventually saving us from paying more for our dream home due to the things he found. Great service, great people, great everything.
Absolutely incredible. Wil was extremely thorough in his inspection and caught things both I, and the builder missed. Extremely friendly and conversational and answered all the questions I had during the inspection. I highly recommend these guys.
Zach was very professional, his framing inspection was very meticulous and thorough. The results came back very quick and it was very easy to navigate through. This company was easy to schedule with and came on the day we needed them. Thank you Zach!!
David did a great job with both pre drywall and final inspection. He was also a pleasure to speak with and wanted to make sure he was aware of any concerns we had before completing inspection
Patrick was so knowledgeable and personable. He was a joy to work with and we felt very comfortable in his expert care. We will be having him do our final inspection for sure.
Very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism from Wil! He explained everything and we felt confident in our buying decision! Thank you!
Great experience with Mathew, should up on time as promised, explained the process and then got it done. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous…need I say more? Thanks Matt
